What items do you not take?

We cannot take paint, hazardous waste or materials, loose rocks, dirt or cement.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers. You can choose the most convenient option during the checkout process.


How do we charge?

We charge based on the amount of space that your items take on the truck. Our minimum is about a 1/5 of the truck or the size of two refrigerators or couches.  For more accurate details, please give us a call and discuss the elements of your project with one of our team members.


Who do you donate to?

We donate to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Goodwill and have established partnerships with the Northern Virginia Family Services and the Prevention for Blindness Society of Metropolitan Washington. We offer donation receipts for any items that are accepted on your behalf.


Do you offer discounts for repeat clients?

Absolutely! We offer special discounts for realtors and clients with multiple properties, or need our services multiple times. If you forsee needing multiple removals be sure to let our team know and they will provide you with all the necessary details and discounts available.
